Not sure why the reviews are so bad. Yes the whole line system is very confusing and there's no signs, I thibk they should definitely so something about that. I just stay away from that area. My friend told me about this place so I thoughts id stop by after work at 4. At first I was very overwhelmed but I stuck it out and found 8 really cool items and took them to the register. I couldn't believe it was only $4.28!! Came back at few days later at 2pm and after 2 hours found 18 items I liked and it was still under $20 (heavier items, sweaters, including a very cool vans hoodie in great condition). It takes a lot of looking but I have loved the stuff I jave found and on average, paid $1 or less per item. Can't wait to come back again
This is by far the best bins I’ve been to because of the employees. They keep the lines. The manager guy and women working registers always have a helpful demeanor and are kind. 10/10 chill atmosphere bc of the employees
Actual trash. Everything was getting rained on and most of the clothes were ripped and torn. Hard goods were broken and stained. Hardly any value here, even for a reseller. Also if they have a reserved spot for Jacksonville Sheriff's office, shouldn't that be a concern? The bearded guy employee yells at you if you're not in line well before 5:00 p.m. Feels quite abusive and aggressive. My baby was two feet away from me while I was actively watching, and he yelled at me to keep my kids by my side. They make you leave your cart behind if you haven't finalized your register transaction by 4:59 p.m. Entire experience is in a hot stuffy warehouse. Quite uncomfortable to shop and browse. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Cashiers at the register were extremely friendly and helpful.
This place will give you anxiety if you are the anxious type in highly chaotic environments. This is such a stressful atmosphere. Rules are weird and not made known. Workers don't care much for talking to you when you don't know what's going on. Been there, done that, won't ever be back. Spent $10 and decided to donate to anywhere BUT Goodwill going forward.
"workers" yelling at people over looking into the blue sled carts that were brought out. No signs about "when" your allowed to look/touch which carts. Just a hateful man screaming at EVERYONE about not touching until He says so. Donate/shop ELSEWHERE,this is what goodwill "represents" with your donated goods.
