I have had two experiences when dropping off items where the woman took the box from me and then literally dropped it from wait high to the floor. Each time the glasses and items in the box crashed to the ground. I am sure the glasses and ornaments inside the box were broken and worthless. She is always busy smoking or on the phone and it is as if I have inconvenienced her. This is why I am bringing the box inside as she is not helpful and drive through is non existent. Very different from the Goodwill drop off I had been used to at my former address. I may not be returning to this location to drop off. I’m wondering if this should be looked into since I am reading similar reviews.
You pull up, open your doors and there is always 1 or 2 guys to get it out for you. Very nice people and easy drop off.
Unfortunately my review tracks with many others. A disgruntled worker would not accept my box of hangers. I find that very odd as online it says hangers are accepted and it is not mentioned on the sign posted on the door.
I've meet this young lady that was so nice and respectful, she made me feel so welcome. I planning on coming back to this location she told me her name was kenya.
Went to give a Donation today and the staff was very hands-on and polite. Especially the youn lady named Kenya. I Will be back to Donate just because of her kind attitude.
