I have always had a positive experience here. Today was exceptional. I donated bags earlier in the day and was met by Louis. After a few hours, I realized an Air Tag was left in an item, in the donation bag. I went back to Good Will and Louis was so nice in helping me find my donated bags. He had to pull everything out of the bin. Of course, it was at the bottom. He found the bag, I found the air tag, and I offered to help put the items back. He said absolutely not. He could not have been nicer. Thank you Louis!!
Lady at the front threw bags with wrapped dishes and mugs into a massive bin, all shattered on impact. She didn’t say a word to us, continued to throw bags at around and break good stuff that people could’ve used. Extremely rude, take your donations somewhere else.
Close to home. Very nice young man helped me get my things out of the car.
No one was at the front desk. There's usually someone at the front desk to come to your car at designated goodwill parking spot and help you unload your donations. Not these days. Goodwill needs to do better. I probably won't be making donations anytime soon.
Went today ! Somebody was at the front desk when I parked my car. The lady stood up when I got out of the car and I thought she was coming to help me ! No! She put a cart in front of the door (inside) and went to the back room. I had to call her to get a receipt ! No smile, No thank you !
