This Goodwill location is large and has a good selection. They even offer new items.
Tried to donate a tv yesterday. Got there at 6:03pm not knowing they closed at 6pm. This employee was very rude, would not accept the donation and told us to go away. Very disappointed. I thought goodwill was a place that cared, not just cared about going home exactly on time. Would it have been that hard to just place the tv inside for the next day? Horrible customer service, will never donate to goodwill again. I’m sure the employees at Hope’s closet would have stayed the extra minute to accept it.
The prices at Goodwill have gone CRAZY when did they start charging full price for used stuff? They get all their stuff from donations !! Stop buying things here they are greedy!!!
Clean, well organized, nice, courteous customer service.
