They are always so kind and helpful and ask if they can carry stuff out of my vehicle. They make the transaction a very easy.
The attendant was rude and actually told me after I drove 27 minutes to get there , she is sure I could have gone to another one. I helped her unpack the items and even called first to make sure they would be open. She gave me until 5:50 to get there, I arrived, unpacked and was in the van before 5:50. When she was turning me away when I arrived, telling me to come back tomorrow I had to remind her I was the one you gave a time limit too and I came beforehand. I have never experienced such customer service from A Goodwill Donation center and hope to never again feel like im bothering someone to give...
Open at the back for drop offs. Don't be fooled by the locked door out front on Atlantic Boulevard. Glad Goodwill is here to get our new and slightly used but not needed articles to persons in need.
This used to be affordable, but Goodwill builds another new store, and prices skyrocket. The whole idea of "Thrift" is CHEAP....... Not discounted!!!!. The items for sale have ALL been DONATED free!!!!!! So prices should be lower/affordable for poor folks who cannot go to discount stores nor regular stores at full price. GREEDY companies form from others generosity.
Atlantic Beach Goodwill donation center has the best attendant. He works Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
