Good Morning Rental Properties

We had a great time. Nice space for the family to spread out and relax. Kids loved the pool and the outdoor spaces. They had a blast! Great location and there are so many great places to eat at Jax Beach. Highly recommend.

The little house was cozy and the kitchen well stocked. I would not host friends there again for the following reasons, the pool was very dirty, we skimmed and skimmed and left it cleaner than when we arrived, the towels, first too few, second I have dog towels that are thicker and are not as faded, I personally have issues with dark colored sheets when I rent. Dark gray sheets do not look fresh and clean, and most of all the neighbor...quiet time starts at 10pm, no problem. Two of us were setting by the pool at 9:30 talking and laughing, the neighbor came out and said we were disturbing he and his wife and we needed to go in. When we went inside it was 9:36. He was rude curt and confrontational. We responded with apology and immediately went inside but we should have stayed until 10. His back door was open a few feet from us and remained so for the remainder of our time there. Let me add, we were all over 74 years old, non drinkers and do not party, good thing we weren't there when we were younger.

We stayed her for a weekend with my parent, my daughter & her fiancé. The space is lovely, clean, and well appointed. The pool was perfect for our small group. The house is close to restaurants and a couple blocks from the beach. We will be looking to book again for our next Jax trip
