My name is Mary I was involved in auto accident last month, when vehichle ran red light and broadsided my vehichle, thankfully i was in a pickup truck. I am 68 yrs old recently moving to Jacksonville. I had only been living here 2 wks. before accident. The entire driver side of truck was damaged. Gonzales Body was shop to first arrive to pick up truck from tow yard to their shop. My husband and I were led to believe that they could actually do a professional repair job. We were told that the work would be guaranteed also. They did a fantastic paint job but the body work on driver front door was botched. After several attempts to get it right it became obvious that they did not know how to fix it. They gave us the run around for 2 wks. while promising to pay for rental and ubers intead of admitting lack of experience. We are much too old for this kind of childish unprofessionalism. At one point they were agreeing to refund half of our money. This vehichle is a lease belonging to Ford Motor. Ford reached out to Danielle Gonzales informing him to contact Ford for assistance. To sum it up "IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME OR MONEY TO WASTE, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP" luckily our daughter is an attorney in the process of recovering what we lost.

They did a great job painting my 2016 Acura tlx bumper. They matched the pearl paint and made sure there was no orange peal. So the texture and color were on point. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. And their price was way lower than I expected. Overall great experience.

Let me tell you about this place. While it isn't the most aesthetically pleasing shop, it is a professional business where men work to get the job done and a job done is what I got from them. I thank this business, it's hardworking employees, and it's owner that works right along side his people because they provide a quality service to the community at a reasonable price, and in a timely fashion. Not only that, but the owner, at my request, allowed me to see the inside of his shop. My Ridgeline is back to the way it was. Fast service, quality work, and at a good price that couldn't be beat. That's the trifecta, which is rare, as most businesses, you can only expect two out of three, if that. A diamond in the rough. Very professional service with a reasonable price. I was impressed with price compared to other shops quotes with out suffering quality. If you need to have work done it's well worth going for a quote.
