Called in - They didn't have what I wanted to buy (Xbox 360 slim) but the guy was very nice on the phone. Usually you get these guys that just answer the phone with a "what!?". this guy was nice and even asked me how my day was. That's how you make a loyal customer.
I really loved the layout of the store, it was fun and felt easy to find things. The employee I met was incredibly nice and helped me find game recommendations. We talked for so long I actually forgot to buy something lol. I will definitely go hack when I'm in the area. However, I'm taking off stars for having AI artwork featured. Once that's removed, I'll definitely bump up my score
My family and I LOVE this store. We are completely obsessed with all their ancient consoles and games..Gone Broke needs to be a museum for all the retro consoles and collectibles. Every console we've purchased has been in the best condition we have ever seen and works perfectly at a very reasonable price: Playstation 2, Playstation vita, PSP, Playstation 3... they have also fixed our newer consoles and older controllers: Playstation portal, and our dualshock 3 controller. The staff is AMAZING and are very knowledgeable about all the old and new systems. I love talking with them each time we visit, its like hearing war stories of the past and a glimpse of what's in the future. We Recommend "Gone Broke Gaming".
This is the game store you've been looking for and the owner and staff are doing it right. Making games and their selection their top priority. Super nice folks, will definitely be back and if you're into gaming, you should check them out. You won't be disappointed!
This is my 4th time coming here and 3 out of the 4 times I’ve had the same issue. The man who works at the front desk with a beard rushed me before I made the decision to purchase a game, then doesn’t even ask for my rewards account before making the transaction. I had to directly ask after the purchase was made if there was a rewards system , which was a yes, making me lose out on a discount for buying here before. I’ve had no issues with the things I’ve purchased, but I hope this store gets better service in the future.
