Run. Away. Now. Terrible company to do business with. Same as many other posts- false promises, slow to respond, failure to refund after 45 days. I was over-billed and had to cancel the cc charge. Site leads you to believe you are getting a less expensive "stay & play" package, but it is cheaper to book direct yourself (golf & hotels). Avoid the two local hotels, (Marriott & Holiday Inn) they are 2/5 at best, and their is very little choices of restaurants, none above a 2/5 also. I would give this company less than 1 star if that was possible.
I was verbally promised that I could reserve a golf trip and cancel for a full refund if the guys in my group couldn't make the initially chosen golf trip dates. I canceled 5 days after booking because 6 of the 8 guys couldn't make it after all. This company then held my $5,320.80 deposit for over four weeks, and only returned my deposit after I hounded them for it proactively via multiple emails, and then they withheld $855.47 of my deposit as a "cancelation fee." Unbelievable.
Advice to others considering booking with them, book with hotels and golf courses directly, communication with this company was very bad. We had two very specific requests for our stays with hotels, that we would like a single king bed and we will have a dog, no information was shared with the hotels making the experience difficult for us and the hotels. Again, just book hotels and courses on your own, they also up charge significantly.
