I would have given MINUS 10 starts if the system would allow me too. I was, initially, excited to have a broad range postal drop off business in our beautiful Beachwalk neighborhood! Unfortunately, AVOID using this business as they have lost two valuable packages with pre-paid UPS labels (for my small online business). In two days they have mismanaged two packages valued at over $700. They are quick to blame the UPS pick up person and that they ‘cannot make them scan the packages once they are picked up’. They’ve posted a large sign with this on their wall. *see photo* They take zero responsibility and blame the contracted mail service pick up people as the problem. Of course, these are sales that I insured but in 10 days, two missing packages, and zero accountability with finger pointing at others, it’s just an unreliable mail service business. There are two lovely part time day employees who are excellent and friendly. Max, the store pup is a joy- but at a business level and dependability level- the store owner, policies and responses are not in long with what type of businesses should be allowed to serve our growing community. To add, the evening worker did not answer the phone when I called at 5:30 pm to get more information that my second package didn’t show leaving their business once dropped off … and when I arrived before they closed, he was eating and said that the phone goes to voicemail at the owners desk and that they don’t answer the phone’. I vote for a UPS store that can accept Amazon merchandise and a more fluid, solid business any day over this crappy business. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Beat pace for your shipping needs. Event is extremely friendly and helpful. Plus Max the puppy is always such a pleasure to see. George is a big fan as well
Excellent experience! The employee was incredibly helpful, professional, and took the time to help me find the most affordable way to ship my package. You can tell he genuinely cared about saving me money instead of just upselling services. Fast, friendly, and stress-free service — I’ll definitely be coming back for future shipping needs. I had an outstanding experience with Marcelo at Going Postal. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. All the times I have shipped any of my packages I have never once had to pay To get my label printed, and when I went into today I randomly get charged 50cent per label And I get told the Says sometimes they give it out for free so they get to just choose who gets three labels for free or not. This is seriously hilarious and horrible. How can be so money hungry they have to charge a 50 cent per label And I have never been charged and and I have been to the post office over 15 times Definitely would not recommend having your business here please do better St. John’s cause at the moment your employees are horrible and it just needs to be fixed
