I sent a birthday card to my 8yr old grandson through this place a week and half ago and he still hasn't received it! It was only going to VA! He checks the mail every day looking for it and is very sad! I have sent things to him in the past through regular USPS and it gets there in 3-4 days! I will never use this place again. In response to your reply below: NO, I paid over a dollar for your postage, it was not a regular stamp. I expected to only pay the price of a regular stamp, not be up charged. I trusted you with a simple card. How often does USPS pick up your packages at your store?
Highly professional and helpful. I highly recommend them. I wish there can be more than 5 stars. In fact, my package got delivered much earlier than I anticipated. May God bless you real good. Great experience at the store. Welcoming staff, fast, friendly, easy. The only drawback was the passport photos I purchased were not accepted by the passport office so its like I spent $20 on a picture of myself.
I have used the services at Goin Postal on Gate Parkway multiple times and each time the best customer service is provided, especially by Jackson. Each visit, I keep saying "I need to do a review on them", then I get sidetracked and forget, but I made it a point to follow through this time.
Very helpful staff, super efficient and informative. I would go and post over there going forward rather prebook via FedEx and face errors like I did last time with FedEx. There is nice paintings for sale of a local artist on the wall as well.
