After coming here for months, I’ve decided this place is no longer a good fit. Tina is the best, but Im assuming (Jan) from the comments is the owner? Yeah, had a run in with her. I get it, sourpuss. Kind of energy that makes you not want to come back. Not to mention after doing business with them for several months i finally worked the courage to ask if i could leave some business cards for my cleaning business since i had just moved to area. Tina was nice enough to leave some out on the counter, but when i came in the next day they were gone 😬 how awkward. Tina is what’s keeping this place at bay lol
I went here for the first time today. It was the best shipping experience I have ever had. Tina greeted me when I walked in to ship a piece of art and she knew exactly what to do. There was another customer there as well and he was nice too. Tina is patient, kind, and gets the job done!!! Thank you!
I can't say enough awesome things about Tina! She takes care of everyone with a pleasant attitude and is always helpful, even those are quite rude to her. Thank you for making our move to the area so much more pleasant!
I went in yesterday and Tina was absolutely amazing!! Extremely polite friendly and really helped me alot. Had to go back in this morning Jan ( found out later she was the owner) WOW!! She was NOT friendly at all from the moment I walked in. When I asked her if she could notarize something, she told me I would have to wait until the next person came in. I said very politely, oh, you're not a notary? Then the attitude came out, and she said that she was a notary, but she said that she was the only one there had to work the counter and didn't have time to do it. At that time there was NO OTHER CUSTOMER in the store!!!! Glad she had time to call in her coffee & biscuit she had time for that. Apparently that is more important than customers. Needless to say I will never ever recommend this place nor will I go back.I will be happy to take my business elsewhere. I'm NOT about to spend my hard earned money to a company who doesn't know how to treat people. Just a little advice for you Jan, If you own a business you really should be nice to your customers. Yah you did help me with a few things. That's your job. You got your money. You obviously knew I was stressed out therefore you should have been nicer to me. You had a rude demeaner from the time I stepped through the door. Try & be a better human to the next person
My husband runs a small business and when I show up the ladies in this office always helped me and let me drop off the packages periodically and they’re just so nice. Highly recommend this location.
