I engaged Gloria Barrera with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services River Towns Real Estate to sell my mom’s home in Peekskill. I was very impressed with Gloria’s knowledge of the Peekskill area and the Comparative Market Analysis that she provided me was extremely thorough and useful for helping set the listing price. With the exception of the initial meeting with Gloria, I managed the entire process from out of state. Gloria did an excellent job communicating any issues to me in a timely manner and made herself available to me for any questions that I had during the process. On two separate occasions, Gloria exceeded my expectations when she went out of her way to delivery documents to my mother for signature. Overall the entire selling process was extremely smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend Gloria Barrera to anyone considering hiring her as their real estate agent.
Gloria is a real pro. I am not from the area and walked into Berkshire Hathaway where she greeted me. From the 1st meeting until the time we closed on our property, Gloria was fantastic. She took the time to really understand the needs of my family and helped us find and close on the perfect property. I highly recommend her services to anyone in the market for a home.
Gloria took the time to get to know our needs, understand our budget, and guide us through the housing market to find what we were looking for. When we found the right house, she was a key player to negotiate a great price for us. I would definitely recommend Gloria to first time home buyers.
Gloria Barrera went out of her way to make our home buying experience as effortless as possible. She was extremely attentive and responded quickly to any question that we had. We moved from out of state, and her knowledge of the different areas and neighborhoods really made a world of difference in our selection. We cannot thank her enough for her services!
