Terrible customer service I was checking out the necklaces that they had and the blonde young girl was just plain rude I was returning a pair of shorts originally which was all fine and dandy she seemed like it was even a problem that I was in there from the start. Back to the necklaces I moved the ones that were on the table because I have never been there before and she was so disrespectful telling me I cant move them and that they are in the case with me never ever being there before how would I know? Just had a terrible attitude all around and made my experience a terrible time I don’t recommend this place to anyone one bad apple ruins the whole batch the other lady that has dark hair was so respectful in every way only way I would go back if if the dark haired woman was there
great and helpful people, always great advice, saved me a few times, helped wirh AC fan motor and well pump, very knowledgable
Very nice store and often they have smaller hardware items they dont across the street
I was looking for a piece to fix my well pump, and I checked with Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Ace Hardware. All of them didn’t carry the piece. I checked True Value and they had it in stock and the customer service was great about making sure the piece matched the one I was looking for. From now on, I will be checking my local True Value first!
I’ve been doing business with these fine folks for a while now! They genuinely care about their customers! I’m a customer for as long as they will have me!
