Giovenco Aqua Service-LLC

BEWAREOfTHIS COMPANY !!We had a water softener installed today, and unfortunately, our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The owner claimed that our home did not have a proper drain loop, and without consulting us, he created his own solution. Instead of installing a proper underground drain, he redirected the discharge to our downspout, which not only looks unprofessional but raises concerns about proper drainage and potential damage. When my husband returned home and saw the work, he was understandably upset. We contacted the owner to address the issue, but he responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. My husband simply asked why we were not consulted before making such a significant decision, as we would have preferred to explore other options. The owner refused to take responsibility or offer a solution. Additionally, we were not provided with any written documentation for the supposed one-year guarantee. When asked, the owner made an unprofessional comment implying that "his neighbors are his warranty," which only added to our concerns. At this point, we are left with substandard work and no clear resolution. If anyone has advice on how to handle this situation, we would appreciate it. We are considering leaving a formal review and pursuing this matter in small claims court. Update as of 8/1/26 : : “GIOVENCO AQUA-SERVICE” As of yesterday, the first connection to my water softener, installed by Giovenco Aqua Service LLC, is leaking. Not exactly the quality of work you’d expect. Please do your research and due diligence before hiring anyone—there are too many SCAMMERS and careless contractors out there taking advantage of people. This dude is a real winner do not hire him for anything.
