Gerber Collision & Glass

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass! They recently repaired my baby, my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus, after she was struck in both the front and rear and sustained approximately $22,000 in damage. After such a significant accident, I was naturally concerned about how my vehicle would look and drive once the repairs were completed, but so far I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the repairs and very happy to have my vehicle back! A very special shout-out and thank you to my advisor at the Gerber Collision location on Main Street. Throughout the entire repair process, I was kept informed every single day regarding the progress of my vehicle. That level of communication is extremely important to me as a customer, and I truly appreciated never having to wonder what was happening or where things stood. I know a tremendous amount of work went into repairing my Lincoln and getting her back on the road, and I sincerely appreciate the entire team who had a hand in making that happen. Thank you, Gerber Collision, for taking such great care of my vehicle and for making a stressful situation a much better experience. I truly appreciate it and would absolutely recommend this location to others!

I have to agree with @FBALionFactCheckers review of the "front desk woman". Rude, dismissive, know-it-all, evidently her favorite response is, "You're not in the system!!!" in an extremely snarky tone. Funny how she was able to find me in the system when I presented the 12 page estimate that Paul provided me with last week. Then she tried to say that I was scheduled for yesterday, but I just spoke with Paul yesterday morning, and he confirmed that I was scheduled to drop off today, just was we agreed last week. This woman needs to get a job at the DMV, because she is already an expert at saying "NO". Like FBA that I mentioned, I hope the technicians are better, more attentive and more capable at their job than the front desk. If my receptionists treated my clients like she does? She would be looking for another job.

Very unprofessional they took 3 weeks longer than quoted and body lines didn’t match didn’t order lights till that point when they said that was all they needed so I had to pick some headlights and a week later they said I had to buy a grille for it so I purchased the one the told me to get and that was wrong they found a used one and to get it to fit I guess they had to grind along the top leaving a sharp edge that I’ll have to be careful not to cut myself on and other issues that don’t have space here to explain Im embarrassed for State Farm for recommending them.

I’ve had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. I originally brought my car in about a year ago after an accident, and they did an amazing job with the repairs, my car looked and drove like new. Recently, I brought it back in to have a noise checked out, and once again they were wonderful. They took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and made sure my car was safe and in good shape. The team was professional, honest, and very reassuring. I truly appreciate their care and attention and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
