Genesis at Orange Park

I expected better from a luxury brand. I took my 2022 Genesis GV70 in for a warranty repair because the factory clear coat on the wheels was peeling. The dealership sent the wheels to an aftermarket shop, and they came back the WRONG color. My original Hyper Silver wheels now look gray and no longer match the grille or the rest of the vehicle. The dealership told me it was an “approved color,” but that’s not the color my vehicle came with. If you take a white car in for paint and it comes back purple, would that be acceptable? To make matters worse, the dealership blamed Genesis, and Genesis Customer Care blamed the dealership. No one has accepted responsibility or offered a proper solution. This is a warranty issue on a luxury vehicle, yet I’m being left with wheels that are completely different from what I originally purchased. The only acceptable fix is replacing them with the correct factory Hyper Silver wheels. Very disappointed in both Genesis and the dealership. Luxury vehicles deserve luxury customer service—and this wasn’t it.

We visited on Sunday thinking it would not be very busy. We were wrong but everyone was welcoming and willing to help. Our agent, Cynthia, was particularly helpful and kind from start to finish. Although it was a busy time, their hospitality was stellar going above and beyond during our wait. Their service under pressure speaks volumes to the quality of business from the parking lot to the finance office (Ai)!

As usual, customer service is outstanding. In my opinion no other Genesis dealership in Jacksonville can come close to Orange Park Hyundai Genesis service department.Their service team is unmatched. They are professional, efficient and fast.

I recently purchased a 2026 GV70, from Genesis of Orange Park and had an excellent experience. The Salesperson Ronnie Bell was so awesome, she was patient and listened carefully to what I wanted and didn't pressure me at all. She was kind and professional. In fact I have continued to contact her after the purchase for additional information regarding the vehicle, she is very knowledgeable about the vehicle, Thank you Ms. Bell!!! Customer Service: The finance team (Jeff) explained all the paperwork clearly and didn't try to add unnecessary extras. He was so kind, I appreciate him, he made me and my husband so comfortable during the process, thank You Mr. Jeff!!!
