Highly Recommend Generation Homes! We just finished building our very first custom home, and Team Generation did a wonderful job from start to finish. They kept us strictly on track with both our timing of decisions and our budget, all while providing excellent, timely follow-up. The entire team was fantastic to work with and delivered incredibly high-quality work. Even after moving in, they have been highly available for continued support. Building a custom home for the first time can be intimidating, and little bumps inevitably come up during the process. However, it is how a company handles those construction challenges that shows their true colors. In my opinion, Generation Homes is as good as it gets. We had a great experience, would absolutely hire them again to build another house, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to build. Thank you, Team Generation!
We contracted with Generation Homes to build our custom home in Jacksonville Beach based on a floor plan we loved from our previous south Florida home. We are very pleased with the results! The team could not have been more professional and accommodating with our long distance build. Design, construction supervision, communication and accounting was superb. The quality of the subcontractor trades was excellent and demonstrated the commitment they have to maintaining their long term relationship with Generation Homes. The team at Generation Homes shows that they care about their clients and we highly recommend them!
So looking forward to getting our new home started with Generation Homes. This company is the best and always go the extra mile to answer every question and consistently make every customer feel as though their project is their only priority. I'm sure that once our forever home is finished, Cora, Wally, Karen, Shane and Gordon will be lifelong friends. If you're considering a new custom project in the St. Augustine area, do yourself a favor and consider Generation Homes. They rock (and you can thank me later!!)
Building a custom home can feel overwhelming, but this team made it an incredible experience from day one. Jonah, the project manager, and the entire team went above and beyond. They truly listened to our vision and treated our dream as if it were their own. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the quality of workmanship is something we appreciate more every day. What impressed us most was their professionalism and efficiency — they finished ahead of schedule (unheard of) without ever compromising quality. Watching our dream beach house come to life was such a special experience, and we are so grateful to have chosen the right builder to make it happen. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build not just a house, but a home.
From the moment we sat down with Generation Homes we knew we were in good hands. We had a construction project in which we had a hard time finding someone to understand our vision. When we met with Cora all of our worries were gone. From day one we were well informed of how the project was going to proceed and were never disappointed. Every week we were updated on the progress and Shane visited the site everyday to ensure the work was being completed as promised. They built the home of our dreams and then some. I can't recommend them enough. If you are looking for a fair and honest builder Generation Homes provides the highest quality you can ask for in a builder. They definitely exceeded our expectations.
