Arrived on time, were very clear in outlining the timetable for power being turned off, etc. The guys were personable and professional. I was very pleased with the installation of our generator and the tutorial on how it works. Great job, thank you!
Turnkey professional installation, as advertised. However the brand new factory Generac had a defective part. Not GenCo's fault, but impressively they made this problem a priority and promptly replaced it with a new part and got the install finished quickly. The various service teams, office, and management were attentive and worked well together to provide a great experience for me.
I recently had another outstanding experience with Genco, and I can’t say enough about their customer service. The propane company flagged a potential issue with our installation, and Genco immediately stepped up. They sent out a technician right away, who conducted a thorough inspection and quickly identified that it was only a very minor issue. What really impressed me was that they didn’t just fix the problem—they went above and beyond by coordinating directly with the propane company to come back out and verify everything on their end. That level of service and follow-through is rare. Robert, the technician who came out, was absolutely phenomenal—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled the right way. This is 100% above-and-beyond service, and it gives me complete confidence in Genco moving forward. 5 out of 5 stars all the way.
