I've been doing business with Gator Insurance for over 3 years now. I cannot say enough good things. Every month when I call to pay my premium, they are kind, professional, and helpful. They have always worked to find me the best policy at a price that fits my budget. They are locally owned. I highly recommend!

After trying just about every insurance company in Jacksonville over the last three days, I am more than qualified to say Gator Insurance is the very BEST the city has to offer in terms of affordable insurance! They shopped around for me and really made an effort to find the lowest possible quote they could... Don't waste your TIME OR $$$$ with some of the others, Gator Insurance is personable and family run, they'll do the best they can for you. 🇺🇲🙂

very very rude! they are a small unprofessional family owned business. When I asked to speak with the manager the daughter told me her mom is the owner and she is way ruder than her, as if that was ok to say? they act like trailer trash.. highly do not recommend!

I was not insured with them long. They found a insurer for me with a good price. I gave them my card information to make my payment. My payment was successful. The following month comes and I’m told that my policy has been canceled because the insurer tried to get payment and couldn’t. I don’t understand how when my account was looking great with the stimulus sitting in it. Then they also tell me to let them know when my license gets reinstated. My license was never suspended. I had to show proof that it was still active. It’s very disorganized and now I’m out of auto policy!
