The Staff and Service was very courteous and friendly. They greeted you once you walked in. Appointment time was about a 15 minute window, which is better than most I have been too. 2 week turn around on glasses. Then doctor was very patient and honest. No sale pitch to have you to get what you didn’t need. Highly Recommend them.

I had my first visit with Dr. Sutton at Gateway Vision. The staff was warm, professional, and personable. The office was clean, and accommodating with seating In the waiting room. Doctor Sutton was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and offer simple, cost-effective, solutions that will help save my eyesight. I am making this location my new choice for my vision care.

Upon entering I was greeted and checked in promptly. There was a short wait to tested another short wait the doctor. The doctor was very polite and informative. A very nice visit.

All the staff was fantastic and very professional. They all had very sweet personalities and very knowledgeable. And just by chance when the Dr came in I realized that Dr Grimsley had been my Dr over 20 years prior at the old Gateway location. I'm glad to have him back as my eye Dr again. The only thing that I was not happy with was my glasses would cost me over $1000.00 and that's hard to do when you are on disability. It's way more than my monthly SSI check. Other than that I am very pleased with the office.
