I could not be more disappointed in Gary Lee CPA. Since the reason I went to them in the first place were the reviews, I felt it was my obligation to share my experience. After taking an initial look at my taxes, I received an email saying that I owed a large sum of money. Not only was that a surprise, when I sent an email back asking for a bit of clarity 6 days went by and I had to call the firm back. I wanted to speak with Gary who by the way does not care enough about clients to cal l them back. When I went to pick up my tax information, I was told that they really dont do personal taxes. Why didnt they say that in the first place. To this point I have not had a call back from Gary. Heres a question..if he wont call me back now, what happens if there is an issue with the IRS??? Buyer beware. After reading the owners response. Please note that he still has not called me back to handle this. I gave him over 6 hours to call me before I posted this.
I used Gary Lee for my tax return this year and got over TRIPLE what I was anticipating back! They got me the best return possible. All of my questions were answered and they provided quick service. I will definitely go to them again for all of my accounting needs! Very dependable accountants.
I had a great experience with Gary W Lee CPA. The firm was courteous, efficient, and professional. All my paperwork was organized and done on a timely manner. I also appreciated his staff, whose friendliness had a lasting impression.
