Gary Lawrence - Realtor Florida Coastal Team

Gary is great. We aren't the easiest people to work with. We know what we want to do already and have a plan mapped out. That's difficult for many realtors to deal with, but Gary worked with us well. He showed us properties we asked him to, and when we had questions on how to do something, he offered his advice. After the purchase was complete, he has still been a go to resource for information on contractors, pool guys, and other things that have popped up.

Gary sold the house quickly. He effectively advised us to ensure that the house was ready to market and worked hard to make it happen; even helping with disposal and clean up. Nothing was too much trouble. So grateful for an experienced and trustworthy realtor. Thank you Gary.

Gary did a great job representing my interest and helping me navigate the process as a first time home buyer
