I had some repairs done in the body shop and had the pleasure of meeting Daniel Dickerson. He was courteous and helpful in scheduling and completing this work with little to no inconvenience for me. The work looks fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. This was my second experience at Garber Ford dealership, as I had scheduled maintenance on my F450 several weeks earlier. Truly impressed by the employees who work there. Heather was my service advisor when I first used the Service Department for an oil change and routine maintenance. She was responsible for introducing me to Daniel and getting the ball rolling on the body shop repairs. Great teamwork. Thank you all.

The mobile service tech, Lex, was awesome. He was prompt, focused on the task, knowledgeable, and got the service done neatly and in a timely manner. He was also personable and easy to ask questions without judgement.i also like to point out that Trent was the set up/follow-up guy and he was right in the spot with my scheduling needs and then checking in after work was completed to see if i was satisfied. Excellent team!
