We recently had an auto accident in which we were side swiped. We brought the car into the collision center on a Friday and spoke with Dana Lambert. She quickly gathered all pertinent insurance information and pre-scanned for damage. She then loaded them into the B2B insurance portal and contacted State Farm. It was not until day 11 that she finally received an estimate of record, which was not complete. A supplement uploaded into their portal. On day 26, State Farm determines in person inspection needed. On day 31, supplement was denied and on day 32, received voice message that car was Total Loss. During this 31-day period, Dana made numerous attempts to contact State Farm with no results. After each attempt she contacted me to keep me update on status of process. Each time, I had to call our State Farm agent to see if they could determine status with claims department. Once that info was received, I communicated back to Dana. We had a total of 26 calls between me, Dana and our State Farm agent. I was constantly kept in the loop with what had occurred and needed to occur. Dana was very helpful, courteous, and detailed regarding all events. The outcome was not what I was hoping to hear, but my dealing with Garber Collision Center and Dana Lambert was excellent. You could not ask for more!

I am extremely satisfied with how quickly mike and his crew took care of my vehicle, as well as the fast turn around. It only took a day to diagnose and repair my vehicle . I would proudly recommend this repair shop to anyone who is looking for a repair to their vehicle. Keep up the good work Mike
I have been using garber collision since 2006. I absolutely love the place, it's work and customer service. If something is not to satisfaction, they have no problem correcting what is needed to make you happy. We recently visited and our agent (Mike Esse) was absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I have a 2014 toyota avalon. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Even had to step up against state farm a few times (persons insurance who hit us). He made sure things went smoothly for us. Dana was also helping in some areas as well. Just completely in awe over the years. They always make you fell like family. Thabk you Mike, Dana And the Garber collision family, Salud!
Mike and his entire team, including Mr. Jeremy, were absolutely amazing! We had some issues with the insurance company and Mike went above and beyond for us to get it right. The Lexus team that came out to check my SUV once they fixed her were also 100% outstanding! I will continue to refer all of you. Emily and Hanna (may not be correct names) were also amazing. Raises for all!!!
Mike was amazing! He made a stressful situation less stressful for me. He kept me informed the whole way through the process and fought for me with my insurance. I am so pleased and didn’t have to worry my car wouldn’t be repaired and perfect.
