Stressed that I was only interested if they could service my vehicle before 11 as I had other appointments. Was told they would have my tires in about an hour to an hour and a half. Called back two hours later and said they were en route and would call me when arrived. Called back another hour later and still no tires. Now I will have to miss my scheduled appointments or drive on a spare tire. Unprofessional. Would not use again
Excellent service! Mr. Roger quickly fixed a battery connection issue on my vehicle and had me back in business in less than 10 minutes. Fast, professional, and I’ll be back if any other car issues pop up. Thanks!
Renay, Roger and the guys in the back are super awesome 👌. The entire staff! Professional, Personalable, Courteous, and of course Knowledge! They went above and beyond each visit! I highly recommend G&H! Clean atomosphere and friendly Folks!
Been using G&H for 20+ years. Roger and his crew have always been fair and reasonable with me regarding tires and service. I recommend them to my friends and family.
Every time my girlfriend brings her van to this shop there are always problems afterwards. This last time when she brought it in. They told her she needed a water pump and timing belt. I know about cars and told her it didn’t have a timing belt. So when she took it in they said or sorry meant timing chain. Anyone who knows something about cars is that timing belts are definitely something to keep an eye on. But timing chains typically last the life of an engine. Either way she let them do the work even though I didn’t agree with them doing the timing chain. The first week they had the van the messed up and ordered the wrong part. Ok it happens. Fast forward to the weekend she drives down to fort Myers to visit me. We decided to take a trip from there to Tampa. As we were coming into Tampa the low engine oil light comes on. When we get to were we are going to I check the oil and it’s low 2 quarts. Look under the van and there is oil all over the sub frame. She uses this place because of her dad says he likes it. But every time she has had work done there, there have been issues and has had to go back. So after two weeks her van is back again. Question is for how long.
