Although we ultimately didn't book with Gallery360, I felt they absolutely deserved a 5-star review based on the customer service I received. From the moment I reached out, the team was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me make the best decision for our event. During my phone conversation, they took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the differences between the available options, and even shared advice on what to look for when comparing vendors. At no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase, they simply wanted to make sure I was well informed. That level of honesty and transparency is hard to find these days. Had our other vendor that was providing another service not significantly adjusted their pricing to keep everything under one roof, I would have confidently booked Gallery360 without hesitation. Businesses that prioritize educating customers over simply making a sale deserve recognition. If you're looking for a 360 video booth or photo booth company that is knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about their clients, I would highly recommend reaching out to Gallery360. Nicole was absolutely wonderful. She had plenty of props for the event and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Gallery 360 did an amazing job with everything. OMG Gallery 360 Photo Booth was everything I wanted and more!! Mrs Nicole was very professional and patient with each guest, if it was a first timer on the booth she explained what to expect to each guest! She was very hands on with assisting my guest as pictured and she even dressed up my theme was shades of Blue masquerade! As I was fashionably late to my party on purpose. I saw Mrs Nicole outside. She said wait wait I have a surprise for you. She went and told the DJ that I was there they prepared a song for me to walk in and Miss NICOLE surprise me with holographic lights it was awesome unexpected surprise! thank you Mrs Nicole for your services. We will definitely be booking you again.
Nicole with Gallery 360 Photo Booth did an amazing job capturing memories from our daughter’s 16th birthday party! My daughter and her friends had a great time using the fun props (Nicole has an extensive supply of fun props) and making videos with one another throughout the party. Nicole was extremely professional and organized, timely and had a fun approach to getting the guests to participate! Her customer service was outstanding and she made sure throughout the evening that we were happy with the photos / videos she was capturing. Nicole had a pleasant demeanor and made it so easy to work with her. I highly recommend hiring Nicole / Gallery 360 Photo Booth for your next party or event!
