Good food and music in an RV park! Yup, you heard me right. Try the beet home fries (I know it sounds weird) but it was really good. The OG burger was OK and the whole experience had fun vibes. Be patient with the food, because the kitchen can get backED up. Overall it was a groovy experience and the band was great too. Yee-Haw!
This place has so much potential. We would’ve eaten here for every meal if the service was better. The food was spectacular! The loaded Brussels were absolutely mouth watering! The redfish rice bowl had a flavor punch! The bbq sandwich was really good - and that’s coming from a NC BBQ snob! Hubbys Parmesan Brisket tacos were so good he got it both times we went. I understand wait times can vary and waited a LONG time both times for our food. That part didn’t bother me as much as the service itself. On our first visit - Saturday night with a live band… our waitress took a good 15 min to greet us and I finally asked another waitress if someone was working our table and she sent someone out… Then she didn’t come to check on us while we waited for our food for about 45+ min. We just wanted a water refill. (Also the gnats/noseeums were terrible on the patio closest to park entrance) Our second visit around lunchtime on Sunday we decided to go without a waitress since the first visit didn’t go so well with one. We ordered from the patio bar area… again it was like pulling teeth to get someone to help us… placed the order and got a beeper. It was a good hour before food was ready and it didn’t seem like many people were there ordering food? When we got our food they gave us the wrong dish. They admitted it was the wrong dish & said it would be just a minute before my chicken salad would be out(they gave me a rice bowl to start with). I asked for a beeper because I know wait times can be long… another 30 minutes went by and I went inside to ask about my salad… Apparently it was forgotten about. The girl said idk what’s going on with the kitchen… went in kitchen and brought me out a shrimp salad. I said I didn’t order a shrimp salad… she said oh I can get you the chicken. I said no it’s ok… at this point we were just ready to go & I didn’t wanna risk waiting another 30 minutes. I highly recommend organization & waitstaff training… the concept of the place is very desirable! Oh! - And the desserts and delicious! Quality ingredients and love went into them!
Fun food and fun experience so happy to have found this local place. Everyone and especially our server was super friendly and attentive. The food was great, we had the Peruvian chicken wings, Cajun fries, burger and fries. Can't wait to come back and try some other food creations.
Have been wanting to try this place for years but would come on days or times they were closed. Well, it has been worth the wait!. Everything we had was wonderful; the fish sandwich (We had it with salmon and the salmon tasted really fresh), the pasta salad, and one of my favorites now is the fried beet appetizer with goat cheese it was really really good And it is so good for you too!
If you are in the area you need to stop by this place. The food is phenomenal! It is located in the Ocean Grove RV Resort poolside. The poke tuna bowl is my favorite, but everything I have tried has been delicious. We stay at the resort for an extended period at a time, so I like to try different things. All of the workers are great too.
