Full Source, LLC

I made an order of a vest, website said 3-5 days to ship. It's now been 3 full weeks and I still haven't received any shipping information. The customer service was very nice for the multiple times I've called wondering what the deal was with my order. I love the selection of high vis stuff they have. I would order again from them but I would be more careful about ordering what is in stock vs. what isn't as the website is not accurate on how long the shipping would take.

Dunlop safety rubber boots, great price and great quality, I’m very happy with them. I also bought a pair of Kevlar sleeves to protect my 70 y/o forearms, they fit me snug and I don’t want them slipping so good for me. For a younger guy they’ll probably be too tight. The shipping was my only issue as it took two weeks from printing the shipping label to actually shipping. I made one phone call, CS agent was polite and promised a follow up call that didn’t happen. I sent an email that was replied to and probably got my order shipped. When I need quality safety stuff in the future I’ll definitely look to Full Source first and be ready with my emails.

I try to be fair because I do a lot of google reviews. I use these people for PPE and branded clothing for our guys (construction company). I found them from a friend and I found their prices to be good. They are fair in an era of unhinged greed. The multitude of shirts I've ordered from them for both of our divisions are of decent quality and look fine. Beyond that, it's a roll of the dice. Simple things, like proofs, order issues, take multiple phone calls and emails. Customer service is either 100% on point or makes you wanna scream. Shipping is slow. Notifications are spotty or non-existent. They sell decent products at a decent price, that's why I keep using them...the rest is a roll of the dice. Customer service is terrible all over in construction vendors, I guess its just about saving my company money to give our guys something decent if I can handle the aggravation in that moment.

Overall, we are satisfied with the finished product; however, we were very disappointed with the customer service we received. Many of our emails requesting assistance or order updates went unanswered, which made communication difficult and frustrating. In one instance, there was a significant delay because our full order was never shipped from their manufacturer, and this issue went unnoticed until we followed up. Additionally, we never received notifications that our orders were completed, nor were we provided with shipping or tracking information. Fortunately, the orders did arrive without issue, but the lack of communication caused unnecessary stress. Due to the repeated delays and lack of updates, we were unable to wear our company attire at several important industry events, despite placing our orders well in advance. While the pricing was competitive, nearly every other aspect of the experience fell short of expectations. Because of this, we will likely not use Full Source again in the future.
