Our dog Jack had gotten himself into a scary situation. He became sick and was throwing up, and not able to go to the bathroom. We assumed he had gotten into something and ate something but we didn’t know what! We brought him in, and from the beginning of us dropping him off to Dr. Mike, they stayed in communication letting us know exactly what was happening and what they were doing! Dr Mike called us on Saturday night at 6:45pm and said he was going to have to do an exploratory surgery on Jack. The x rays showed a blockage and a circle. We didn’t know what the circle was or what it could be. Jack went into surgery, and we cried our eyes out hoping he would be ok! A few hours later Dr. Mike called us to let us know Jack was out of surgery and he had two corn cobs one in his stomach and one in his intestine! They were successfully removed. Jack stayed until today, Tuesday evening. He was there for 6 days. He was able to start eating liquid food and we were able to bring him home. They gave us clear instructions on his aftercare. I honestly wish I could leave 10 stars! We cannot be more grateful to Dr. Mike and his entire staff. They are were very kind and took such good care of our boy! The biggest review I would say is that this practice does not operate to rob families with high bills. The bill we had was beyond reasonable, and we were so grateful to that as well. We feel really blessed to know that Full Animal Circle Animal Hospital is affordable and can manage saving animals lives when they can! Thank you for saving our Jack Boy and we are so happy he’s home!!!
One of my saddest days. 😢 Dr. Mike was so attentive to my boy and respectful and understanding of what I was going thru. He even took my sweet boy home with him so he could monitor him hourly thru the night. When he told me, he had tears in his eyes. His staff were kind and understanding. They had him cremated for me and they did a beautiful job.
Absolutely the best! I take all 5 of my fur babies to Dr Mike. Highly recommend. Great with animals and people.
Dr. Mike is a very kind and genuine person. We have been to many vets before and none are like him. He and his team go above and beyond to make sure your pet gets the care they need without charging an arm and a leg like other veterinarians do. We always recommend him to anyone with a pet.
I am at a cross roads with my review. I have seen doctor Mike for several pets. But today's visit was below my expectations and the care level and communication was well below my previous visits. I love doctor Mike but communication with their system, pricing, getting a return call and communicating the actual needs of my pet before charging me was awful this time and I am very upset with the care from this vets office. I was spoken to very cruelly by a vet tech as well when I had several concerns before and after the bill as well that she would not address well, explain and had rude comments. I will not be using this vets office in the future. EDIT. I received a call from Dr Mike later in the day only for him to tell me he did not know why he was told to call me (again poor communication and I told the nurses I did not wish to come to this facility again so I'm guessing they asked him to call me but didn't communicate why) and all he would say to me is that I would have paid more somewhere else when I explained that communication between visits, calling several times about the procedure and their system computer didn't even send any alerts or info before hand. He didn't try to resolve the issue or even apologize . His only words were that I should have paid more somewhere else and that he was deleting my account for my pet. Which is fine because I won't be returning. Find a more caring facility please .
