EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR! I love pilates but needed something that would incorporate low-impact cardio and this was perfect! So excited to start building my strength back up
What I value most is community, consistency, and kind people, and I have found all three here. The instructors are encouraging and welcoming, and the people who attend create such a positive atmosphere. Joining this FS8 just three minutes from my house has truly been life-changing. This is my first experience with Pilates, although I’ve practiced yoga and lifted weights on and off for years. Pilates has even changed the way I lift weights. Learning to breathe more deeply and intentionally through each movement has made me feel stronger and more connected to my body. As a small business owner myself I appreciate the effort and detail that’s gone into building this new location. Thank you for creating a place that already feels like home and for changing my life in such a meaningful way!
Lucy’s amazing Wednesday morning
