If you’ve never tried Pilates before, FS8 Beachwalk is the place to start! I took my very first class here and was hooked instantly. After nearly 200 classes, I can confidently say it’s one of the most challenging and rewarding workouts that I’ve ever done (and I previously came from HIIT-style training). What truly sets this studio apart is the community. From the owners to the front desk team to every single instructor… you’re treated like family the moment you walk in. The classes are designed for all levels, with thoughtful modifications and added challenges so everyone feels supported and pushed at the same time. The studio is bright and beautiful and super clean. They even have a shower if you need to head straight straight to work or to an event after class. The energy is high and positive, and it’s genuinely become my home away from home… my happy place! I feel so grateful FS8 Beachwalk was brought to our area. It’s more than a workout, it’s a wellness community. I love my FS8 Family!!!
The best studio! I cannot recommend FS8 enough. The community is unlike any other and truly something special! It’s an extremely inclusive and encouraging environment, coming from someone who had never taken a fitness class and now takes a class at least once a day. I have almost reached my weight loss goals and constantly feel supported by the people here. The coaches are truly amazing and each one has a special gift that they bring to class!
Love FS8 Beachwalk. The energy from the instructors in the studio is great and love the music. The Pilates, yoga and strength-based workouts are always challenging. You have the model on the screen demonstrating each set but you have instructors giving you the cues you need at any stage you might be at. I have learned so much. Great way to start your day
My first Pilates studio experience ever and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff is warm, friendly and welcoming. The instructors are phenomenal and meet you at your level offering modifications if you need them. The studio is beautiful, modern and spotless. As a former ballerina, I feel like I have found the perfect exercise routine for me. Signing up for classes ahead of time also gives me the accountability that I need to follow through. And who doesn't love taking a little break from the work week to meet up with your girlfriends for an exercise class?! It's worth every penny to me. I am hooked! Everyone at every age could benefit from these classes. Highly recommend!
I've been taking classes for 8 months now and the difference in my strength and posture is amazing! The sessions are well-balanced, challenging, and target all the right muscles. Hands-down the best Pilates class in the area! The equipment is top-notch and the studio is kept impeccably clean. Plus, the fun playlists make the burn totally worth it. Highly recommend!
