Frontline Works were very easy to work with! They were prompt with their in home estimate and also came back to double check measurements prior to my paver patio. We went to their showroom to pick out an Paver patio , they had a nice selection to choose from. They delivered and installed our Paver patio in record time. We are very happy! And Wesley the project manager came to our home daily , to review the days work. You would have thought the shop was 5 minutes away. Entire job was done in 1 weeks. For that reasons I highly recommend this company! 😊
Amazing job! I contacted Frontline Works and Rose was very nice and professional. I immediately felt I could trust them to install the tile in my house. The entire crew of workers did a wonderful job. I definitely encourage everyone to choose Frontline Works. You will be satisfied!
Super happy with service and work completed. We had two jobs to complete. One was relaying of existing pavers and the second was resurfacing, leveling, and painting of a large covered patio. The first job was beyond expectations. The second job was very difficult for them to complete because of weather and product issues. Seriously, the covered patio was a nightmare for them but they persevered and got it done and made sure we were happy. Rose the PM did an amazing job of managing our expectations! We are so grateful and happy! The covered patio is the best its ever been thanks to Rose and her team! We would hire them again in a heartbeat and hope they would be kind enough to take us back as clients ;)
We hired Frontline works to install Pavers, seating wall and Firepit for our backyard. We took bid from few contractors, finally listed down to 2 as they were the lowest, we went with Frontline as one of my friend recomended them. Once we initiated they were highly responsive, came back again to finalize the project. Gave ideas and tailored to suit our budgets, highly responsive. The crew came as planned and did the project in 3.5 days, working the entire day early dawn to dusk. They were very skilfull and did a beautiful job. The manager and his Co of the company is very easy to work with and goes extra mile, pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, my friends are eager to see the project. Thanks Frontline team.
Second time is not the charm with this company. Received a quote for a paver driveway widening project, their quote was 40% higher than others received. Did not contract with them. We were trying to match pavers to our patio, when viewing the patio for paver matching they commented on how the seating wall was leaning slightly and they could fix. Although I did not use them for the driveway, I decided to give them an opportunity to bid on the seating wall fix. They provided a two hour window for estimate and didn't arrive during the window. Now instead of repairing the wall, the suggestion was to just tear out everything and start over. It was decided that they would provide two estimates: tear out and rebuild or repair including line items of materials, labor, estimated timeline. After 3 days, of not receiving anything I sent an email asking for status. The estimate received was hastily prepared with a figure so high that they obviously are not interested in the project. Simple, if you're not interested, tell me please don't waste my time. Details: Seating wall is 4ft x 10ft with columns, increase by 20% and call it 50 square feet. This would be taking down the wall, reusing the pavers (estimate 20% waste/replacement) and adding a row of foundation blocks to improve base. Their quote was OBSCENE. Labor on the high side should be around $12/sq. foot, double the labor figure due to taking wall down and rebuilding. Add material costs for replacement and base materials and this project should be under $2500. ($1200 labor and $1000 in materials). Their quote was just under $5000. OBSCENE. By the way, they trade discounts for high google ratings which may explain the other positive reviews.
