Friendly Nails is the best! Evelyn is wonderful—always so kind, professional, and does an amazing job every time. This is the only place I would ever go to get my nails done. Highly recommend!
This is my second time coming in. I came for my nails to get re-filled with acrylic. Terri did a decent job except for two things. She nicked me about 1cm wide around the rim and she left one of my thumb nails with a sizable gap at the front ($38 one color gel and refill). It makes the nail look really crooked. Honestly I would’ve forgiven the nick if she would have just told me what she did but she said nothing. The first time I had come in I first spoke with Terri about a simple floral design I wanted on my nails. She took one look and said those flowers were too perfect and they must be stickers. They were not stickers. I had come with a friend so my friend got service with Terri first and my friend offered me to go first with Terri since I was getting my nails done for my engagement. Terri turned me away saying she didn’t do flowers. Vivian then proceeded to do my nails. They turned out lovely and she took her time and was patient with me. The guy that writes you down for appointments is friendly too. Picture info: The set with flowers on it was done by Vivian. The set with one color done by Terri.
They are not friendly at all … they didn’t have colors to match my toes and fingers …. But one of the girls said yes . When I finally picked my color and she started, she told me was more expensive because I have long nails and because I want the ombré …. ( the way that she talk, made me feel like I look like I can’t afford it, was really offended it.) I got really upset and disappointed that I just painted my nails with one color because I just wanted to leave .., after she was done my nails look really bad and they are not even at all. My friends said exactly the same … we both agree we won’t ever come back or recommend this place
The staff are very "friendly", always greeting with a smile and very fast with great quality of services. I showed up @ 5:30pm on a Friday and was taken care of within minutes, which has been the case each time in the past as well. Since they close @ 6pm, I stated if they only had the time to remove the gel nails, I would understand and be satisfied. However, between them, not only was I able to get a manicure with gel nails, two of which needed acrylic, my daughter also received a pedicure, something I did not expect @ all! Teri, Evelyn and Michelle work very well as a team to get things done in a timely manner, while still providing excellent service. Furthermore, the services take 30-45 minutes from the time I walk in the door! My nails are just as I like them EVERY TIME and stay beautiful for weeks. I highly recommend Friendly Nails 💅
I received a full acrylic set and had the pink ombre done. I absolutely love them and have had compliment after compliment. I felt comfortable and was in and out fairly quickly as a walk in which was very surprising. I do recommend this place for all your mani and pedi needs. The nail techs are all friendly and amazing. Thanks again
