Friendly Guys Pool Services

Friendly Guys Pool Services just finished our pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen, and the results are truly amazing—better than we ever dreamed. The whole crew was extremely professional and made sure to keep us updated every step of the way. The workmanship stands out, and their constant communication made the process smooth and stress-free. Jonathan was our project manager and worked hard to make sure everything turned out exactly how we wanted. Bill also helped us design our perfect pool, taking the time to listen to our ideas and answer all our questions. We highly recommend this company for anyone looking to build a pool. You’ll be very happy with the outcome.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I met with the owner during our pool estimate, and he was very detailed in helping design our backyard pool. The plans were carried out perfectly, and the finished pool looks amazing. I spoke directly with Jonathan, who has been building pools for decades and really knows his stuff. His eye for design and quality work truly shows. I highly recommend this pool builder for anyone in Jacksonville looking to transform their outdoor space.

From the very beginning to the end, my experience with this pool builder in Jacksonville was outstanding. Before choosing them, I had gotten quotes from several other pool companies, but this team truly stood out in so many ways. Right from my first phone call, I felt comfortable and welcomed. I appreciated being able to visit their office, where Eddie took the time to walk me through different design ideas and options for my new pool. He created a digital model of the pool right in front of me, so I could actually see my ideas come to life on the screen. Eddie guided me through the initial steps and always stayed in touch to answer my questions. When it was time to start making design choices, Jonathan took over as the project manager. He made picking out colors, tiles, bricks, and all the extras a really fun and stress-free experience, even though I changed my mind a few times! I really liked that the company has a full showroom right here in Jacksonville, where I could see and touch all the different materials and finishes, which made the process so much easier. Jonathan was so patient, spending as much time with me as I needed and always willing to try out different combinations until I was completely happy with my choices. He was always friendly, and no matter how many times I reached out with questions or for updates, he responded quickly and kept me informed. There were never any surprises or hidden fees—everything was explained to me upfront. I always knew what was happening and why, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. This company went above and beyond my expectations and made building my pool in Jacksonville a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about a new pool!

If you’re searching for a top-notch pool builder, look no further! We did all the homework so you don’t have to stress. Jonathan and Chris are truly exceptional—licensed, experienced, and always willing to listen. Their communication throughout the project was fantastic, and they stuck to the schedule from start to finish. We first noticed their work while walking in our neighborhood, where they were building three other pools. This gave us the chance to see the quality of their work up close before reaching out. We also got quotes from three other pool companies, but Jonathan was by far the most responsive. He visited our home, listened to our ideas, took photos of the backyard, and presented several pool designs that fit different budgets just a couple of days later. That’s the kind of five-star service every customer hopes for! Once we settled on a design, picked out waterline tiles, finishes, and all the fun extras, it was time for construction to start. Chris was always on-site early each morning, working hard and ready to answer any questions we had. He was always friendly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. All the contractors who came by were punctual and did a great job keeping the work area tidy. From breaking ground to our first swim, everything stayed right on track. Jonathan and Chris went above and beyond our expectations. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new pool! If you want a smooth, reliable, and friendly team to build your dream pool, this is the crew you should choose!
