Frieda worked with two of my children for swim lessons and within weeks they were like little fish. She was patient with both and amended her lessons to meet the needs of each, with their very different dispositions (one more nervous, one possibly too brave and distracted). Both looked forward to lessons, even though they were trying new things with uncertain comfort levels, she was supportive and gave sweet little rewards.

Highly recommended!! My son looked forward to swim lessons every week. He felt calm, safe and always had a smile on his face. Frieda is wonderful with children and gets them excited to learn.
Frieda is great with my 4-year-old, Jackson. She puts him at ease and gives great instruction in a way that kids of any age can understand. Jackson looks forward to going to lessons with her. She is always on time is flexible with her schedule. Would recommend to anyone!
Frieda is PHENOMENAL! Our kids absolutely love taking swim lessons with her. She is very knowledgeable, and explains swim to the kids in a way that they understand. :) Highly recommend her
