Frank and the team did an absolutely incredible job selling our parent's family home. A few things that really stood out: - He recommended excellent and reasonably-priced contractors to do the required work inside and out as we prepared the house for sale. They were all prompt and professional with the results absolutely making a difference. - He did a comprehensive market review to price the house initially, then worked with us to adjust the price over time as market conditions changed. - He conducted an open house almost every weekend bringing potential buyers and brokers/agents into the home. - He provided excellent photography including indoor and outdoor video of the property. He also provided virtual walkthrough and staging technology enabling potential buyers to envision the property from different perspectives online. - He had a landscape designer create visual renderings of a pool and other hardscape / landscape possibilities. - He worked with the local city clerk to obtain detailed architectural plans of the house that we didn't have. - He proactively contacted and worked with our HOA to provide all the required information necessary for the listing and closing. - Most of all.. Frank proactively communicated throughout the whole process and responded to every text and email with no delay. To summarize... We've never had a realtor as effective as Frank and cannot imagine buying or selling again in this town without his help. We highly recommend him.
