Foxtail Coffee & Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream - Murray Hill

Foxtail Coffee was a great experience from start to finish. The coffee was excellent, the shop had a welcoming atmosphere, and everything was clean and well kept. The highlight of my visit was Alaina. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude and great customer service. It’s clear the staff cares about making customers feel appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great coffee and outstanding service.

Went into the coffee shop at around 10am and were received at the cashier by Lana, I believe. We proceeded to ask questions about the food menu and their swapping options to which the cashier responded with a very condescending attitude and tone. Received my bagel and it was freezing cold in the middle. I approached a guy behind the counter and he was so kind. He approached the same girl that was on the cashier and told her about the complaint ( I am assuming she also the one in charge ). She didn’t apologize or addressed the situation, she remained hidden behind the coffee machine. I asked for my bagel to go. When I got home, I noticed it was hard as a rock!!!! We’ve been to other Foxtail’s and they are awesome, so we were really excited to now have one so close to home. Unfortunately, the service is not as warm as the other branches.

I have seen this shop dozens of times from the highway, but until tonight I have not had an opportunity to stop. This was a cozy place with a delicious cafe cubano and cake pop (for my daughter). The baristas we friendly and definitely know what they are doing! No more driving past!

This place has become my favorite place to go for coffee! Their iced caffe latte is so good!! Highly recommend 🙌🏻 they also do offer free WiFi and you can sit, chill, drink coffee and do work.
