Fox Jewelry Repairs was outstanding superior in repairing my jewelry. I brought my jewelry to them around Christmas holidays 2022 they repaired and resize 4 rings, 2 necklaces and an angel charm in the upmost timely manner one week. The manager was very knowledgeable, respectful, and outstanding in keeping me informed on my jewelry as well repairing them.The price were reasonable as well. I will definitely refer family and friends to Fox Jewelry. Thanks Dianne & Nathaniel
Around Christmas I bought my fiance a set of earrings which look to have green emeralds set with 14 karat gold from day one the backs will not stay on kept popping off almost lost them I just went and had them praise today mid-April from December to mid April no late around Christmas wouldn't had them appraised today so I can put them on my insurance I paid about $650 for the set they were valued at $100 so how does that mark up a $500 come into play won't ever recommend this place or shop there again scam artists you should be ashamed
I paid for a gold anklet from here I was told 14kt gold solid and paid over 300 dollars ...it just kept popping so easy and I would take it back to them to get it fixed and they were charging me 50 dollars everytime to fix it. When it popped for the 3rd time I just decided to pawn it somewhere else and too choose something else. I took it to Value pawn on university blvd and it immediately stuck to the magnifier....my mouth was open ....I will never purchase a dam thang from here again....LIARS!!!
The owner along with his nice staff did a great job taking care of me. I got a nice size gold chain for myself and a gold necklace and bracelet for my wife. Very reasonable price and helpful staff. I bought all my jewelry from here for the past 8 years. Thank you Fox Jewelry!
