I had all my business accounts done that filed up accounting plus right now I’m getting all my private accounts done very good company where trustworthy thank you
I have serious concerns about the professionalism and organization of this company. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing. After an initial meeting, I had hoped for a smooth process, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. Despite regular communication, there has been a lack of follow-up, and I've been passed around between different representatives who seem unaware of my situation. Two months later, I was contacted by someone who didn't have basic information about my account. This level of disorganization is concerning, especially considering the sensitive documents I entrusted to them. Due to this confusion, I've decided to withdraw my files in their "system" and discontinue any further engagement with the company. I hope they take these concerns seriously and make improvements for future customers.
