Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Baymeadows

I had an absolutely amazing check-in experience with Irma Gonzalez at Four Points Baymeadows in Jacksonville! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and genuinely kind. Thank you, Irma, for making my stay start off on such a wonderful note. Four Points is lucky to have you!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Irma Gonzalez greeted us when we came in and was very very helpful in getting us to our room. Our room was very clean. Breakfast the next morning was very good. We will book another stay with Four Points the next time we come to Jacksonville.

I've been told this hotel is not in a good area, but it seems fine. There is a restaurant and bar, but the advertised "local beer on tap every evening" was not available. According to the bartender (who was also operating the front desk and managing the phones), "it always comes out foamy." The rooms are large and relatively well furnished. The bathroom has one of those trendy sliding barn doors that would not provide enough privacy for a shared room.

Excellent location with experienced crew. Elijah was great with our small event at the hotel. As a Bonvoy member , I was impressed. Peace!
