It is a shame that Dana Harrington is no longer here. She was an amazing doctor who listened, was patient, kind and treated you as a person. I have been seeing Regina Schroeder who unfortunately leaves much to be desired. She does not listen to your concerns, communicates poorly and I felt as though she was belittling me during my visit. I am on the hunt for a new PCP because of this. DJ at the front desk is great. Their phone system is terrible and now getting prescriptions refilled has become a pain. Too many negatives to continue going.

It's unfortunate how patient care has dropped dramatically over the last few years. I hope they can improve and go back to the level of care they had in years past. RX refills have become a hassle, and communication regarding next steps following results/new blood work orders/etc has changed and not for the better. When selecting your new healthcare provider, consider reviews for what they are, and unfortunately, before my review, Fountain Family Medicine (through Millennium) is lacking...
My family and I’ve had very good experiences with both Terri and Dana however somehow even on the most basic of visits I am treated rudely by the main receptionist (DJ). It’s been this way for years. Non-attentive when you arrive, short unfriendly answers, little to no eye-contact and an attitude of almost being bothered to have to assist with tasks that are even part of her job, like co-pays and checking insurance info. I hate that such a small (time) interaction could affect the overall experience to such a degree but it does set the tone for the visit and changes what would be a 5 star rating down to a 3. Correction, let me say the rating would be a 4.5 because the wait times are crazy at times.
This office just can't seem to get it right. After my very first visit I waited over a week to get some lab results back. I finally called to get them, they twice gave me results for a test they didn't do but that the urgent care center had done.( I already had those results) When I did follow up blood work, again it was over a week and I had to call to get the results. I thought I would give them one more chance to provide a better patient experience. My appointment was at 10:30 am. I arrived at 10:20 and then sat in the waiting room until 11:30. When the nurse finally called me back she wasn't very friendly, didn't smile, say hi or ask "how are you". I then waited in the exam for another 30 minutes. At noon, I finally said I had to leave, asked for my co pay back and left. I told them my time is also valuable and I had other commitments. I will not go back to this office.
I cannot say enough good things about Dana! Every time I go in for a visit she takes the time to ACTIVELY listen to my complaints, does thorough assessments, and is so attentive to my concerns. She is great! However, the front office staff is less than impressive. They are not personable on the phone or in person. Anytime I call with questions they are short and have an undertone of annoyance throughout the conversation. A point worth noting, however, not a problem big enough to detour me away from the practice completely as Dana completely makes up for it!
