Foundational Health

I am so thankful for Dr. Roman and Foundational Health. I had massive sensitivities to food, smells (like perfume and detergents) and even vibration. My body would break out in hives, and my entire right side of my body would react. I saw 5 other medical providers and all they gave me were steroids and over the counter stuff that barely helped. After doing some research online, I found Foundational Health. From our first conversation, I knew I had finally found a doctor who understood what I was going through and could help. I have made huge strides in my reactivity. We worked on improving my diet, and I even had to move out of a moldy apartment, but I feel like I have my life back. I still have a few more things to work on, but this is the first time in years that I feel I'm not living in fear of what smell or scent around the corner is going to trigger my body reacting. So grateful to be living again.

Dr. Roman has helped me tremendously on my healing journey. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease a few years ago and tried different diets, and supplementation to address them. I got to the point where I was in so much pain and inflammation that doing routine tasks like picking up my kids became difficult. I sent a patient to Dr. Roman after helping them with joint pain, which improved with stem cell therapy. While the joint issue was addressed, they were still dealing with ongoing fatigue and brain fog. On a follow-up visit with me, the patient told me that Dr. Roman took the time to look deeper and ultimately identified CIRS and mold toxicity that had been missed for years. His approach helped address the root issues, and the patient has done significantly better since working with him. I’m glad I sent them his way and wouldn’t hesitate to refer other patients who need a deeper evaluation.

After years of digestive issues, bloating, and pain, I had almost given up on finding help. Every month it seemed like I had more foods that I either reacted to, or created digestive issues for me. The journey was not easy, but eventually with his help and another provider, I recovered and I feel healthier and more confident than I have in years.
