My siblings and I were so thankful to have a community who understands foster care and adoption. Unfortunately, now the protocol isn’t just foster and adoption but also single home parents and group homes. So sad to find yet another group who doesn’t support after adoption.
Fostering Connections is such an asset to the St Augustine and Fostering Community. Aubrie truly encompasses the belief that it does take a village to raise a child, and her organization really fills a much needed gap in our current system. The services and things they provide are priceless for such an at risk population and I hope to see it continue to grow to be able to help even more people who are in need.
