I’m so thankful I found Form and Function! Rod possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience. F & F supports my needs and goals from training to stretching to managing minor physical issues that come up. I highly recommend!
I started seeing Rod at Form and Function for help with my left elbow that I broke 7 months prior. He started working from the calf up because I was compensating by hiking up my hip, etc., since I couldn’t stretch out my arm completely. There will not be full extension ever but what a difference Rod made! The 3- month package expired but I’ll continue with a maintenance package. It’s good for physical health!
Rod is amazing! I work with him for both stretching and personal training, and the experience has been truly transformative. After years of being inactive, I’ve never felt stronger or more capable. Rod is incredibly thoughtful in his approach—he takes the time to understand my needs and goals, and customizes each workout to make the most of our time together. His expertise, encouragement, and attention to detail have made a huge difference in my fitness journey.
Rod is an excellent stretch therapist, I 100% trust and recommend his services. He takes the time to get to know what will really help his clients, offering pin point accuracy and often times challenging movements, but always for the betterment of your own flexibility! I have a job that is often tough on my body, so I find his stretch therapy services to be a very worth-while investment in my physical well-being, and long-term health.
Rod is amazing. I had aches and pains in my joints and working with him even after the very first time I felt 1000 times better. It was nice to walk without pain for a change. I highly recommend his services. Also, Rod is very professional and very comfortable to work with. Don’t wait, call now!!
