Rod and his crew did an excellent job on my wheels! They had me in at the scheduled time and done on the same day. Rod communicated with me every step of the way, and the rash is no longer visible. Thanks again!
I highly advise against visiting this establishment. The owner exhibits an alarming lack of professionalism. I brought my BMW rims to him for painting, and he assured me over the phone that it would only take two days. However, it ended up taking him two and a half weeks to complete the job. He also instructed me to avoid the drive-through car was for a week, I waited two weeks, the paint was still not properly set. When I returned to discuss this with him, he had the audacity to ask me for an additional $700, even after I had already paid him $1,000. On top of that, he had my spare rim for two months with the promise of painting it to match the others, yet he hadn't even started on it. Today is February 4th, and I just picked up my rims from him. He will continuously give you excuses, claiming to be busy and promising to start your work, but in reality, he is not reliable at all. How many times can a customer call a business and they don’t answer. Please look at the damage done to the rims which he claims is not because of his crappy work.
Footworks’s was a life saver. Had a bent rim and didn’t know where to turn too. I was able to reach out to Footwork’s and fixed my Rim same day. Thank you again Footworks.
The service was terrible, he damaged two rims and a tire repairing one rim that was damaged. The rims were not even taken off the tires to repair and they were spray painted. I had to pay an additional 430 dollars to another shop to get them repaired. I would definitely not recommend the service or taking your vehicle there.
Super professional amazing to work with did an awesome job repairing my rim saved me lots of money.
