Dr Scott Michaels and his staff are very professional, sincere, ethical and caring. I am the son of a medical doctor that practiced in the Caribbean and has passed . So my exposure to medical professionals has been great and I understand their process of taking care of patients. I have been Dr Michaels’ patient for a bit over two years. His nurses and other support staff are courteous, friendly and comforting as they do the pre checks before seeing the doctor. I am usually scared of doctors and ask a lot of questions, some redundant. Dr. Micheals treat his patient as if they were his family. He takes the time to listen, advice and provide in addition to his professional medical advice, common sense ways of improving your health. He definitely cares of his patients overall health and never assumes…. Just base his decisions on lab results, his examination and what we tell him. Congrats Doc and your staff on an outstanding practice. You are exemplary of what a caring doctor should be… he treats his practice as a caring person and not as an in and out business.

I have been a patient of Dr Scott Michaels for about 16 years. Went in the other day with a small complaint, thanks to his ability to be one of the finest doctors and and he listens to his patience . He listen and trusted me . He listened and went over some pain along with examination that I was complaining of and soon after that recommended me to my ENT specialist. After going to my specialist the problem was a little bit more serious. Thank you Dr Michaels no matter who we are you listen to us. If I would have waited longer this could have gotten so much worse. Thank you for your sacrifices you make for your patience, The things that you give up for us like time and holidays and events .I am very thankful and grateful and never take what you do for us for granted .Thank you for listening and sending me to my ENT there was something found causing the pain. you are a doctor that is truly loved and trusted by me and my entire family and friends. I love this doctor. He always addresses my concerns and explains things to me perfectly. He is not condescending. I have had a throat issue for several years. i thought it was something else. I have been to other doctors. None of them ever said I had acid reflux. Michaels took one look and knew right away . I have worked with the nurse Gwen several times and she is fabulous. Always calls me back. Always gets me what I need . The other nurses are great also. Despite being busy the front desk always gets the job done.. they are efficient and friendly.
