Flourish With Jenny

I completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training with Jenny and cannot recommend her enough! Yoga has always been an interest of mine and I jumped into teacher training as a complete beginner. Through this training I have gained skills and friends that will last a lifetime. Jenny became not only a great mentor but a friend for life ! After taking her yoga teacher training I joined her “Journey to Joy” program where she creates a comfortable environment for the participants to create healthy habits, be authentic , and get out of autopilot . If you are considering participating in any of Jenny’s endeavors do yourself a favor and DO IT!!! You will not regret it. Overall she is a reliable, energetic, fun to be around and non judgmental. Everyone she creates a relationship with stays important to her ❤️ she is a wonderful person who truly cares .

I completed my 200hour YTT program with Jenny and I can’t wait until she releases a 400hour. The amount of ground she covers supersedes that of other 200hour trainings. Her years of experience and easy going attitude lends itself well to teaching for the inexperienced yogi to the experienced. Shes incredibly accommodating to the needs of others and wants nothing more than to see everyone succeed. As well as being an exceptional teacher, Jenny has an energy (Jenn-ergy) that you gravitate towards. She lights up a room and you can’t help but have a smile around her. Even after completion of our training she continues to provide knowledge and wisdom as I continue my journey as a yoga practitioner. Thank you so much Jenny 🌸

I came to Jenny while I was pregnant in hopes to stay flexible throughout the pregnancy. I did sessions with her throughout the whole pregnancy right up until my due date and with her help I was able to do alot still considering. She shared with me lots of techniques to do at home and different things to help with swelling. I enjoyed this experience so much with her not only did she help me physically but mentally it gave me a relaxing place to go. I'm looking forward to continuing my postpartum yoga with her as well!

I have been taking yoga from Jenny for a year and a half now (Evolve Power Yoga). She is professional, enthusiastic, and an absolute joy to be around. She is also very good at what she does. Based on my first year of yoga with Jenny, I decided to start taking privates with her to focus on some areas where I was lacking. My first goal was flexibility based. I was interested in achieving a malasana pose (squat). It took about two months but I did achieve this pose. It has only gotten deeper in the four months since. For the last four months, I have been working on the pistol squat. She has helped me to increase both my leg strength and my flexibility using focused exercises and stretching. I am guessing that I still have a few months ahead of me before I accomplish my first full pistol squat but I am much further along than I had originally thought possible. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone that has goals that they are trying to achieve but don't understand how to get there on their own. I have been amazed at the difference she has made in my journey. She is worth every penny.
