We ate at the pirates den for lunch today. We sat outside on the patio bc it was beautiful outside. Dakota was our server, and she was very attentive and professional. Food came out quick and was delightful. This was my first time here, but can't wait to come back and check out the dinner menu.
The Florida Yacht Club is a private country and yacht club in Jacksonville, Florida, U.S. It is the oldest social club in Jacksonville, and is the fourth oldest surviving yacht club in the U.S. It was founded in downtown Jacksonville in 1876 , and moved to its present location in the Ortega neighborhood in 1928. The original club burned down in the Great Fire of 1901. The current clubhouse was designed in the Mediterranean Revival style. It makes for a perfect venue no matter the event. The florals for the event below were designed by Gardners Florist, in Ortega.
Members are cool. Staff is awesome. Location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Nice facilities and staff. I noticed that although the buildings are very old they're little renovated, but well maintained. Excellent view of the city of downtown Jacksonville and the nautical theme is well kept.
