I started here after a car accident. The front desk lady was helpful and nice. The doctor spent about 2 minutes in 2 months with me. The physical therapy trainer is very old. He knows his stuff but age limits him in helping you. We had good conversations, respect him for his work ethic, and service to our country. I hope he is able to retire soon bc he deserves it. I decided to switch to a different office after I drove from St. Augustine to Jacksonville to go over MRI results and they didnt have them.
Dr. F and his support staff are wonderful especially Amy (his PA); caring and truly concerned to give you the proper treatment. Offices in St.Augustine and Jacksonville are nice. Waiting time is usually very reasonable although can get busy. This is my first and only Google review of a medical facility. Retired Airline Pilot.
I made a new patient appointment with them today. It was awful. Amy the Physician Assistant was so, cool and rude. She spoke to me like I was looking for prescriptions. No advise on, what they could do for me, my opinions, nothing. She acted like, she didnt want to be bothered with me. Even if they could of helped me, I wouldn't go back because of her bedside manor. The staff, and nurse were nice as they could be. Noting, this review comes from a RN that is older than the Physicians Assistant. **She Needs to learn some empathy****
The predominant office color here is green! Green is a peaceful, healing color and was the first thing I noticed. This is a very busy place but the front desk staff efficiently took care of everybody. The doctors are lovely and thorough in finding out what brings you there. I was referred for a full spectrum of testing, and felt cared for.
I am disabled because I've had 3 strokes. The last stroke took my memory. I feel like the $50. they charged me for not remembering my appointment is like paying for having a stroke. I'm a US Marine who has had bad service 10 years ago with the VA.
